About the Danish Government Scholarship 2023

The Danish Government Scholarship 2023 is a scholarship program for international students. This grant is exclusively for master’s studies. The scholarship will consist of two parts: a full tuition fee remission and a grant to assist with living expenses. These will sum up to Danish krone (DKK) 6090 per month before taxes. Southern Denmark University is a world-class research institute and one of the top 50 universities in the world. It offers a variety of higher education programs, including Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees. The University provides world-class education and commits to a global perspective at all levels. The scholarship also provides accommodation for eligible applicants with no additional application.  The deadline for this scholarship application is February 1st.

Eligibility requirements

1. You must be a non-EU/EEA citizen.
2. Applicants should be applying for the following programs- MSc in Engineering (Mechatronics) and MSc in Engineering (Electronics).

Note: The Faculty of Engineering may also give Scholarships to highly qualified students to other programs in Sonderborg

Selection Criteria

1. A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is essential.
2. Applicants should have a background in Engineering.
3. Academic records will be used to pick a candidate
4. A candidate’s health must be in good working order.

Essential documents for the Danish Government Scholarship 2023

1. Applicants must have official Bachelor’s transcripts and diplomas in English, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. It must contain grades and units/credits for each course.
2. Applicants must have course descriptions for courses on their transcripts.
3. Applicants must have proof of English Language proficiency.
4. All guests or international students must possess the general entry requirements.

How to apply

Applicants must upload all documents on their online application on their site as they do not accept documents sent by email. All applicants must submit their application before February 1st.
